This is a 4’x8’ coloring book poster meant to be filled in by community members at the opening of Joplin’s new Cornell Arts & Entertainment Complex. It was a fun, interesting challenge to fill all that space (I definitely enjoyed it more than mural painting). I tried to include some animals that have local significance ( you know there had to be a Joplin Toad on there somewhere).
Hey, local folks! I would love to see you at this free, family-friendly event tomorrow (Saturday) from noon-5pm! There will be live performances, art activities, and food trucks.
